We’re getting a lot of phone calls, e-mails and web searches in regard to the hot new Kirkwood Station project. The buzz is great. Please keep the questions and comments coming.

We want to show everyone the floor plans that are available for the residential units.

• The Ashby is a 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom model with a study on the main level. The bottom level features a one car garage.
• The Baltimore A plan has 2 bedrooms on the top floor with two bathrooms. It also has a half bathroom on the main floor and on the bottom. On the garage level there is another bedroom/office and a half bathroom. The garage in the Baltimore plan is a 2 car garage.
• The Baltimore B plan is set up almost exactly like the Baltimore A plan. However, the top floor bedrooms are flipped where the master is above the garage instead of the bottom floor bedroom/office.
• The Bedford plan has three bedrooms on the top floor with two bathrooms. On the main floor there is a half bathroom and a study. The bottom floor has a one car garage.
• The Carnegie plan has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor, a study/dining room on the main level with a half bathroom and a one car garage on the bottom level.
• The Hammond has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor. There is a halh bathroom on the main and a one car garage on the bottom.
• The Hightower plan has three bedrooms and two bathrooms up top. A formal living room/dining room with a half bathroom on the main floor and a one car garage below.
• The Hunter has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor. It has a half bathroom on the main and a one car garage on the bottom.
• The Madison plan is a 2 bed/2 bath top floor plan with a half bathroom on the main and a one car garage on the bottom level.
