There were three steps that needed to be taken to approve the Beltline TAD. The first was the vote of the Atlanta City Council, which approved the Beltline TAD by a vote of 12-3. The second was the Atlanta School Board, which approved the TAD by a vote of 7-0. The third and final approval came from the Fulton County Commission, who voted 5-1 to secure the votes needed to create the BeltLine Tax Allocation District.

These are three big time wins for the Beltline Partnership. Congratulations to them and to the citizens of Atlanta who will greatly benefit from this project.
