A new 35 story 630,000 square foot mixed use development has been announced on a two acre site on Peachtree Street between 11th and 12th streets. The project will include 443 high rise condos and 38,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

Construction is set to begin this month, on what is being called 1010 Midtown, with the residential portion being ready in the fall of 2008 and the retail space being occupied in early 2009.

This project is from the same development partnership that brought us Plaza Midtown.
