The 1.2 billion dollar mixed use project in Buckhead called The Streets of Buckhead, should begin the teardown phase of its construction in October. Eight blocks will be demolished to build this project which will feature 500,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, four world class hotels, up to 1,000 luxury residential units and 300,000 square feet of class A office space. The Streets of Buckhead has a scheduled completion date of fall, 2009.
